Classes
The course is usually presented over five weeks, and each class spans 2.5 hours. Ideally couples can attend from 20 – 34 weeks of pregnancy. Class times are after hours and special arrangements can be made for private sessions. Online training is also available. Please contact me for class dates.
Venues
Depends on the size of the group. Either in Northcliff, near to Northcliff High School or in Ruimsig at Cold Stream Office Park. Safe parking is available at both venues. Please contact me for class dates.
Pricing
Group training – 5 weeks: R2 350 per couple
Online training – 5 weeks, R1 500 per couple
Private sessions – R3 000 per couple (depending on travel distance)
